Profound change can come with a trusting relationship.

And I would love to help you through this time in your life.

Since I was young, I have wanted to be a therapist so this work is truly a dream come true.

I went into therapy at 12 years old because of severe anxious depression. The relationship I formed with my psychologist was life changing, even though much of our sessions were spent playing cards in silence. But when I was able to speak, and he listened, I felt my emotional weight shifting and lifting. After that experience, I knew I wanted to pay the gift forward at some point in my life.

In my sessions with clients, I focus on experiential and somatic interventions to help both bring your emotional experience into the present moment. And in working on those experiences together you are not having to move through those feelings alone. I want to be the support you’ve been missing.

I check in periodically with my clients to ensure that the therapy feels effective and beneficial. I always welcome feedback around the therapy and the relationship I am building with my clients in order to develop trust and confidence in the therapeutic process.
